Shipping policy
All orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. In times of high demand, this may be 5-7 business days.
If your order includes a backordered or preorder item, your order will ship when all items are in stock. We are unable to partially ship orders.
Please note that it is your responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address and to monitor your package tracking. You must report any delivery or damage issues to us within 3 business days of delivery so that we may help you troubleshoot with the postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for packages shipped to your provided address that are stolen or unable to be delivered to that address securely, or forwarded to another address per USPS forwarding requests.
If your provided address was incorrect and is returned to us, you are responsible for additional shipping fees to receive your items. If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping costs, we will process a refund minus shipping once the items are returned to us.
Shipping methods include:
First Class Mail (No Tracking) - For smaller orders, this shipping method keeps shipping costs low and does not include order tracking. Packages without tracking cannot be treated as lost or replaced until at least one month after their ship date.
First Class Mail - This shipping method includes tracking, and is shipped via First Class Mail with USPS.
Priority Mail - This is shipped Priority Mail 2- or 3-day shipping (depending on recipient location) with USPS.
International Mail (First Class) - A trackable international shipping method with USPS. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.
