"Star Stuff" - 8x10 Handmade Whale Shark Block Print

Despite being the largest fish in the ocean, whale sharks move through the water with a smooth, slow, effortless rhythm. Every whale shark has a one-of-a-kind pattern of white spots and lines, like a fingerprint, and to me, it's always resembled the milky way. Inspired by their graceful flow and starry patterning, this handmade block print was designed, carved, and printed by hand in my studio in Maine.
